Ivy is a wife, mom of two twin toddlers, a Life coach, a healthcare provider of over 15years, an avid crafter and design enthusiast whose handmade crafts were featured in Etsy, Nordstrom, Style Caster, Instyle, Elle and the Amy Atlas Blog. She brings her curiosity, creative spirit, zest for learning, coaching, love of travel, different cultures and perspectives to the podcast, sharing her personal stories and offering a peak at her view of the world through her lens as a woman of color, an immigrant, a wife, a clinician, a coach, a mother of twins, and as a student of social work and public health. She also shares stories of family, friends and relevant content experts to delve into honest, heartfelt conversations on race, culture, motherhood, maternal health disparities, relationships, beauty, travel and wellness. The podcast shows that sharing our stories of success, failures, and dreams holds the power to make us laugh, heal, reduce suffering and realize that we are more connected than we realize.
